Collagen rich, probiotic, blueberry gelatin

  1. Prepare the gelatin the day before
  2. Heal 2 cups of water to a simmer
  3. In the bowl stir the gelatin with ¾ cup of cold water
  4. Stir in the hot water until dissolved
  5. Refrigerate until congealed
  6. Serve on small bowls or plates
  7. For each serving:
  8. Place in a bowl ¼ of the gelatin cut in pieces
  9. Add ¼ cup blueberries
  10. Top with 1 tablespoon yogurt
